One principle we use when planning ASB competitions between classes, is to reward greater amounts of participation. So if more students from a house/class show up, they have a greater chance of winning. I will try to think of something. I like the kickball idea.
Also, I think that there should be a greater difference of points available during competitions to make them more meaningful to the overall point total, depending on the total number of competitions. Maybe 500/250/100/0.
